Whether you need a different shade or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your beauty journey remains effortless.
Return Process
- 1.Check the Hygiene Seal
Before opening your extensions, please verify the color through the clear packaging; for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the gold security seal is unbroken.
- 2.Complete the Returns Form
Locate the returns note included in your original parcel and fill in your order details, specifying whether you would like a direct refund or an exchange for a different shade.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely place the unopened hair extensions and the completed returns form back into the original box or a padded envelope to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; once received, our quality control team will process your refund or dispatch your new color within 5 working days.
